Experience in customer service hotels & restaurants industries retail sales IT or call centers are encouraged to apply. We have an inhouse Training team dedicated to your success; offering online and instore training programs with our manufacturers.

Inthis role you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the guest with questions regarding the company perspective vehicles and their ability to purchase. You will learn about the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an inhouse training team dedicated to your success offering online and instore training programs to not only help you grow in your job but also your career. The preferred candidate will have an upbeat and positive attitude with a passion for outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform highquality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
  • Bring your A game & positive attitude with you every day
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of brand specific technologies; both current and upcoming
  • Engage directly with guests who reach out with car buying questions
  • Answer guest questions about vehicle featuresand technology
  • Respond quickly to internet phone text and live chat inquiries
  • Help guests find the best vehicle that fits their lifestyle need
  • Keep positive relationships with teammates sales teams and all dealership teammates
