Job Description
Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision* of the Director/Pharmacy Supervisor/Pharmacy or a Pharmacist trains to perform a variety of technical and clerical duties for the hospitalwide unit dose drug distribution system. Responsible for maintaining confidential reports entering and retrieving data utilizing the computer system filling automated medication dispensing systems with a supply of unit dose medications procuring and filling requests for pharmaceutical supplies and delivering supplies to patient care areas.

Director/Pharmacy Supervisor/Pharmacy or Pharmacist

Qualifications
Required Education:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent .
Required Experience:
Minimum: No previous experience required.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
FLBOP registration in accordance with Florida Statutes Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations) Chapter 465 (Pharmacy) Section 014 (Pharmacy Technician) within six (6) months posthire. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Six (6) to twelve (12) months of pharmacy experience.
