The Sales Analytics and Tools team is an integral part of our companys global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company we are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join us in creating tools to optimize sales performance and making datadriven decisions.

You Will:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and software developers;
- Translate complex business problems into clear developerready requirements;
- Maintain nocode automations and integrations among others in the CRM system (Pipedrive);
- Ensure quality of deliverables through testing and timely documentation updates;
- Create analyses and prototypes using Google Sheets SQL and Looker Studio.
Desired Experience:
- At least 2 years of handson experience in roles such as data analyst business analyst or in a similar role requiring comparable analytical and technical skills;
- Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse international stakeholders;
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel including advanced functions;
- At least basic knowledge of SQL with a strong willingness to learn and grow in this area;
- Fluency in Polish and advanced English skills;
- Considered a strong advantage:
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio PowerBI);
- Familiarity with our everyday stack (GitHub Jira Google Cloud Platform);
- Familiarity with AI Tools (OpenAI Gemini);
- Experience working on projects involving programming languages we use such as PHP Python or JavaScript..
