About the Role
We are looking for a Data Engineer & Analyst with 45 years of experience who can build scalable data pipelines (ETL) and derive insights through analytics & visualization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AWS data services SQL and BI tools and be able to bridge the gap between engineering and business analytics. Additionally a strong understanding of emerging trends in AI and Machine Learning will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities- Design & maintain ETL pipelines for processing structured/unstructured data using AWS Glue Redshift S3 Athena Lambda and Kinesis/Kafka.
- Work on data modeling warehousing and governance best practices.
- Build efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance in Redshift RDS and Snowflake.
- Automate and monitor data workflows using Apache Airflow or Step Functions.
- Perform data analysis & visualization using QuickSight Tableau or Power BI.
- Identify trends patterns and insights in large datasets to support decisionmaking.
- Develop and maintain dashboards & reports for business stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity security and quality across multiple sources.
- Develop expertise in AI Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics and apply these skills to enhance data solutions and drive innovation.
- 45 years of experience in Data Engineering & Data Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Python (or PySpark) and ETL frameworks.
- Handson experience with AWS data stack (S3 Glue Redshift Athena Lambda Kinesis).
- Experience in BI tools (QuickSight Tableau Power BI) for reporting & visualization.
- Knowledge of data warehousing & modeling best practices.
- Ability to optimize ETL pipelines & database performance.
- Exposure to big data processing (Spark EMR etc.) is a plus.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in data processing and analytics.
