At our service in St Austell we support adults with learning disabilities autism and behaviours that challenge.

What youll be doing:

• Providing proactive positive and caring support to adults living in our service.
• Enabling people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
• Assisting and providing individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs.
• Personal care.
• Working effectively as part of a team.
• Be a part of developing and implementing person centred care plans.
• Taking part in activities with the people we support both in the service and out in the community.

Who you are:

• The successful candidate will have the aptitude desire and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.
• Flexible with a can do attitude.
• Motivated and a team player.
• No experience needed for us at Woodside we are looking for people with the right values and will provide full training and support.
• Drivers preferred.
