Customer Product Success Specialist
As part of TheForks international growth strategy we are building a new team focused exclusively on selling and supporting our restaurant reservation and management software TheFork Manager in new international markets. We are looking for a Customer Product Success Specialist to train onboard and empower new restaurant partners helping them make the most of our product from day one.
You will play a key role in enabling adoption creating delightful onboarding experiences and supporting our gotomarket success in countries like Ireland Poland UAE.
Youll report to the Sales Manager New Markets and play a critical role in driving the success of new markets expansion.
