- A focus on front counter customer service and sales utilizing your previous automotive parts/service and wheel/tire experience
- Sharing product knowledge and technical expertise with Midas Tire & Auto customers to build existing and new business
- Providing service quotes and receiving customer authorization for work to be performed on customer vehicles finalizing sales and completing customer follow up
- Recommending tire service specialty tire service wheel and mechanical service to customers
- Supervise and motivate team members to ensure maximum productivity
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
- 13 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience as an assistant manager service writer or service manager
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to set goals and achieve results
- Ability to maintain a valid drivers license and satisfactory drivers abstract
- Proven ability to provide a superior customer experience
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
- Organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize competing demands
