Job Description

UNE Partnerships are seeking dedicated and experienced Course Advisors to join our growing sales marketing and partnerships team.

Owned by the University of New England (UNE) we are a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO 6754) providing quality distance and online education to diverse range of students and organisations around Australia and overseas. We take great pride in the success of our students and we make a genuine commitment to helping our clients and corporate partners achieve the same.

About the role:

About the role:

Our Course Advisors are responsible for developing relationships with prospective students/leads and supporting them through their enrolment journey to achieve successful student enrolments targets.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable with managing their own time while working remotely and can commit to achieving weekly targets with full support from the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be looking for either a full time or part time role (minimum of 25 hours per week hours/days can be negotiated based on candidates needs).

  • Candidates with previous education or training telephone sales and support experience will be prioritised. Full training is provided.

What youll be doing:

  • Responding promptly to inbound enquiries made through UNEPs Marketing channels and Lead Generators
  • Undertaking sales orientated outbound and inbound calling developing relationships with leads in a consultative manner
  • Collaborating with the sales and broader UNEP team to optimise sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly student enrolment targets
  • Utilising CRM processes to maintain effective record keeping and reporting

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years of tangible success in a similar role and a proven track record of:

  • meeting and exceeding sales objectives with a focus on salesdrive outcomes and
  • experience operating effectively in remote working arrangements.

Additionally the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • Experience working for an education and training provider
  • Demonstrated experience in an outbound sales role
  • Proficiency using CRM platforms ideally HubSpot
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
