Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Intake Coordinator positionin the Cantonarea.

Job Description:

Ensures the Referrals made by the providers are processed to ensure our patients receive timely followup on their diagnosis. Must have experience working with patient referrals verifying insurance and coverage.

Qualifications:

Experience with hospice and/or healthcare preferred
Experience with the intake process and procedures required
Experience in verifying insurance Medicaid and Medicare required
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and Microsoft Outlook required
EMR experience preferred
Detail oriented and highly organized
Effective written and verbal communication
Clean background and drug screen
