Job Description
L. J. Smith Stair Systems is part of Novo Building Products. We are the largest stair parts manufacturing company in the country. If youre looking for a position with routine tasks a stable schedule and work environment consider joining our team!
Pay: $2123/hr. DOE
Shift: 1st MF 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 pm
Benefits: Yes full benefits after 60 days!
What to expect:
- Pickorders and makepallets for shipment.
- Use parcel shipping software to ship orders.
- Check inventory and use a handheld bar code scanner for inventory tracking
- Ensure that every part is accounted for and ready for shipment.
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Respondents must have a minimum of one year warehouse experience
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Respondents must have proven experience on both sitdown and standup lift trucks with a minimum of one year experience.
- Respondents must also have basic computer skills and proven experience with Microsoft Outlook (open and read email orders) Microsoft Excel (extracts necessary information from spreadsheets).
- Must be able to lift up to 85 pounds occasionally and 65 pounds on a frequent basis.
