Senior Associate Attorney (Litigation)
Location: Jacksonville FL (Hybrid)

Our client is a growing law firm focused on highvolume prelitigation and litigation matters. The team is collaborative and fastpaced with steady demand for experienced attorneys who can manage timesensitive demand responses.
Position Overview
This role centers on responding to timelimited conditional demands with the potential to expand into litigation. It requires strong writing case management and client communication skillsespecially when working with nonlawyers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $125000$175000 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Draft responses to timelimited conditional demands
- Prepare legal documents including pleadings motions and settlement agreements
- Conduct research and provide legal counsel
- Communicate with clients attorneys and staff to ensure accurate and timely responses
- Maintain organized documentation in demand response files
- Meet billable hour requirements
Qualifications
- 57 years in litigation or prelitigation
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- Experience with demand responses bad faith or extracontractual matters preferred
- Strong writing time management and communication skills
- Ability to handle high volume and tight deadlines
