What you will do
The position is a strategic marketing function that bridges the gap between product and project management sales and product innovation as well as marketing communications.
Essential Functions:
- Collect and analyze market trends including but not limited to: product pricing carrier competitive strategies agency demographics areas of opportunity.
- Outline marketing and communication needs that will drive the organizations goal to meet business objectives given the marketplace analysis
- Work with senior leadership key subject matter experts content creators and designers to create the desired content including drafting product announcements and compelling messages.
- Implement drive and maintain the most profitable and strategic marketing campaign to position and promote companys products and services working with SMEs content creators and designers.
- Lead the introduction of any new/enhanced product service or system through internal and external marketing and communication efforts
- Manage collaborative discipline with companys business segment leaders and CoEs to learn and translate technical details into benefits for our agents and policyholders.
- Evaluate projects and monitor results using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
- Manage projects campaigns and calendar scheduling for created content and the planned release of each piece of content.
- Manage and oversee a variety of marketing activities including highvalue sales tools and resources as well as marketing collateral.
- Provide training to segment and regional teams as well as agents.
- Present wellthoughtout plans content strategy and content development to COO and CEO as well as other Senior Leaders withing our company.
- Stay on top of marketing trends and emerging trends as well as adopt new and innovative technology.
- Manage online product marketing reputation.
- Serve as a marketing segment advocate and a goto marketing expert.
- Support Segment and Regional research identification and collection of market competitive programs coverage specifications and forms.
- Support Communications team development of related advertising and marketing collateral.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide staff support for special projects as assigned by manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.
What you need
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred or Equivalent experience.
Experience: At least 4 years experience in a commercial/personal lines role preferred.
Salary Range: $95000$100000
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range will take into consideration the individuals work experience geographic location education certification(s) or additional qualifications and scope and responsibilities within the role.
