Bierman Autism Centers is looking for a strategic and handson FP&A Manager to lead budgeting forecasting and performance analysis in a fastpaced highgrowth environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly MRRs. Provide insights into financial performance through variance analysis and financial modeling.
  • Create and manage financial reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decisionmaking.
  • Develop actionable insights from financial data to support business strategy identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize financial performance.
  • Build and maintain a variety of complex financial models to assist in forecasting scenario analysis and business decisionmaking (e.g. incentive systems compensation models de novo profitability).
  • Work closely with services team to provide insights and context
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes systems and reporting ensuring that they support a fastmoving scaling organization.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred
  • 5 years of experience in finance with a focus on FP&A financial modeling and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling Excel and BI tools (Power BI Tableau).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial analysis and corporate finance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data to nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Prior Investment banking experience desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a highgrowth or scaling environment.

Basic & Physical Requirements:

  • Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions
  • Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer electronic devices and paper means.
  • Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk and attending virtual meetings

Job Type: Exempt FullTime
