Minimum Qualifications
A doctorate by August 2025 in behavior analysis or a closely related field with an emphasis on behavior analysis evidence of scholarly productivity and experience teaching at the college level as the instructor of record. Teaching experience and evidence of scholarly productivity are required.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with one or more of the following: Board Certification in Behavior Analysis ( BCBA or BCBA D) is preferred but not required. Record of teaching multiple college courses teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level Record of scholarship that demonstrates ability to conduct independent research that will meaningfully contribute to the field of behavior analysis. Experience with mentoring and supervising graduate and/or undergraduate students in research and applied settings Board Certification in Behavior Analysis ( BCBA or BCBA D)
