General Summary:
Provides daytoday management and leadership of the Community Treatment Centralized Intake Team. Schedules and supervises intake staff; develops and implements work processes; resolves problems collects and reports essential data; engages in quality assurance to ensure the department is operating within agency standards.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Work requires knowledge of customer relations and intake processes related to provision of mental health care.
2. Work requires knowledge of community resources in social medical and mental health areas.
3. Work requires knowledge of health insurance terminology plan coverages carriers and reimbursement procedures and provide leadership to others.
4. Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field; relevant experience without a Bachelors Degree may be considered with the possession of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). Experience in office administration and staff supervision in a health care setting preferred.
5. Work requires substantial interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with the supervisees patients families health system staff and referral sources sometimes under stressful circumstances and provide daily direction training and supervision to assigned staff.
6. Work requires high level organizational skills and the ability to effectively utilize the electronic medical system and other essential tools used by the clinics e.g. DocuSign Zoom Adobe Microsoft Office products and Outlook.
7. Work requires analytic skills sufficient to determine the need for admission or referral apply knowledge of internal and community resources and handle administrative detail.
8. Work requires the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when gathering and analyzing data managing priorities and resolving departmental problems and frequently produces a high level of mental/visual fatigue and stress.
9. Work may require travel to the various clinic locations as assigned to provide inperson support training and engage in quality assurance measures with intake department staff.
10. Work requires talking and moderate hearing.

The pay range for this position is $53560 minimum to $59580.14 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
