Job Description

Advantage Chevrolet is seeking a dynamic resultsdriven BDC INTERNET Manager to lead our growing team. In this key leadership role you will oversee a team of salesrepresentatives drive lead generation efforts and implement strategies to boost appointment setting sales conversions and overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit hire train and mentor a highperforming team of BDC representatives.

  • Create a positive collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement and high achievement.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to drive individual and team success.

  • Delegate responsibilities strategically to foster accountability and professional growth.

Lead Generation & Sales Optimization

  • Design and execute targeted inbound and outbound call strategies to generate highquality leads.

  • Establish and track KPIs related to lead qualification appointment setting and conversion rates.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends address challenges and seize opportunities.

  • Streamline BDC processes and implement best practices to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

  • Coach and support team members in improving communication and sales techniques.

Reporting & CrossDepartment Communication

  • Prepare and present clear datadriven reports on BDC performance to senior leadership.

  • Maintain strong communication with sales teams and other departments to align efforts and share insights.

  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek innovative ways to enhance BDC performance.

Sales Growth & Revenue Strategy

  • Set ambitious team goals and develop strategies to consistently exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales department to ensure a seamless transition from lead to sale.

  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through proactive lead engagement and customer followup.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in a BDC or sales management role.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and consistently exceed sales goals.

  • Strong leadership coaching and performance management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced goaloriented environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and other sales enablement tools.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
