The Associate Director of Auxiliary Programs and Strategic Initiatives will play a missioncritical role in advancing OLPs impact beyond the high school setting serving as a bridge to a future middle school while meeting the needs of todays young learners.
Job Summary
The Associate Director of Auxiliary Programs and Strategic Initiatives serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team advancing OLPs Pilot Pathway Program Athletics Pilot Summer Academy OLP Summer School and BeYOUtiful Middle School Conference. This role is responsible for hiring training and supervising employees in Athletics the Extension Program Pilot Summer Academy (in collaboration with the program director) and Summer School (in collaboration with the program director).
As an innovative leader and strategist the Director will ensure these programs align with OLPs mission the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet (CSJ) and the schools commitment to allgirls education. This role is instrumental in expanding OLPs impact beyond its high school community developing academic leadership and athletic enrichment programs that foster opportunity and access for young girls.
This position reports directly to the Head of School and collaborates closely with the Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO) Assistant Head of School Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction Director of Marketing and Communications Assistant Principal for Student Life Athletic Director and the Director of Enrollment Management to ensure programmatic success and sustainability. This position is quintessential in mining the gaps between and across departments.

Leadership Responsibilities
Lead and execute strategic initiatives that enhance OLPs academic and enrichment outreach ensuring alignment with the schools mission and longterm vision.
Serve as an ambassador of the OLP mission integrating the CSJ charism of unifying love service to the dear neighbor and academic excellence into all programming.
Responsibility to grow net revenue from auxiliary programs while in partnership with the Chief Financial Officer overseeing operational budgets for programming such as athletics summer school pilot summer academy
Oversee the hiring training and supervision of employees across Athletics the Extension Program Pilot Summer Academy and Summer School ensuring highquality staffing and program effectiveness.
Lead the Extension Program creating highimpact academic and enrichment opportunities for middle school students as a bridge toward OLPs future middle school vision.
Partner with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop PR outreach and branding strategies that drive enrollment participation and visibility for all programs.
Ensuring safe competitive athletic facilities to support programs.
Collaborate with community partners (e.g. Girl Scouts USD Bigi Program Horizons NonProfit) to expand access and scholarship opportunities for girls from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage budgets for auxiliary programs in collaboration with the Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO) ensuring sustainable growth and responsible financial stewardship.
Establish metrics and assessment tools to measure program impact student outcomes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Create and implement policies and procedures that ensure program safety operational excellence and adherence to school and diocesan guidelines.
Represent OLP at regional and national conferences diocesan meetings and external partnership discussions advocating for the role of allgirls education in shaping the future of female leadership.
Program Oversight Responsibilities
Extension Program & Summer Learning
Oversee the OLP Pilot Pathway Program offering high schoollevel courses to middle school students through afterschool summer and hybrid learning models.
Work closely with the Assistant Head of School and the Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction to develop a rigorous wellrounded curriculum focused on STEM the arts and leadership.
Ensure that programs provide a bridge for middle school girls to experience OLPs academic rigor and allgirls learning environment preparing them for high school success.
Lead OLP Summer School working in collaboration with the program director to ensure courses serve current OLP students and external participants.
Athletic Department & Community Outreach
Partner with the Athletic Director to provide strategic oversight of OLPs athletic programs ensuring strong recruitment highquality coaching and student development.
Expand athletic recruitment efforts by strengthening OLPs presence at youth sporting events middle school programs and tournaments.
Increase athletic camp offerings during school breaks and summer to engage young athletes early and enhance skill development.
Represent OLP at local county and statelevel athletic meetings advocating for increased opportunities for female studentathletes.
Work closely with the Athletic Director in managing the budget contracts and purchasing.
BeYOUtiful Middle School Conference
Lead and develop the BeYOUtiful Conference ensuring highimpact programming that fosters leadership confidencebuilding and personal development for middle school girls.
Work in partnership with the Assistant Principal for Student Life to curate content recruit speakers and expand outreach efforts.
Strengthen partnerships with local schools organizations and corporate sponsors to expand the conferences reach and impact.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Education Business Administration Leadership or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 57 years of leadership experience in program development education administration athletics management or auxiliary program oversight.
- Proven ability to hire train and manage staff across multiple program areas.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling sustaining and innovating educational initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Catholic education and allgirls learning environments with the ability to articulate the values mission and philosophy of OLP.
- Experience in budget development financial management and revenuegenerating program development working in partnership with the CFOO.
- Strong collaboration and partnershipbuilding skills especially with faculty administration and external organizations.
- Exceptional leadership team management communication and strategic planning skills.
