Job Description

Location: Remote
Experience: Min 3 years in B2B Sales HRTech Recruitment Services or Talent Solutions
Job Type: FullTime

We are looking for an experienced and goaloriented Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition and partnerships efforts in the HR and recruitment space. You will play a key role in expanding our customer baseengaging with HR leaders TA heads and decisionmakers at companies to position our solutions effectively.
This is a strategic sales role ideal for professionals with experience in selling HR SaaS recruitment services or staffing solutions and who thrive in a highgrowth remotefirst environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring HR and recruitment clients (corporates startups or agencies)
  • Identify and qualify highpotential leads through outreach networking and inbound channels
  • Build consultative relationships with HR stakeholders understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Lead the sales cyclefrom prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure
  • Mentor and manage junior sales or partnerships associates to strengthen the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM track key performance metrics and report on sales progress
  • Work closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on HR industry trends competitive landscape and talent market shifts to refine outreach

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business HR Marketing or a related field
  • Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships preferably in HRTech staffing or recruitment services
  • Strong network or prior experience selling to HR TA or leadership decisionmakers
  • Excellent communication consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
  • Handson experience with CRM tools like Zoho Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to structure proposals and close highvalue deals
  • Selfdriven and capable of working independently in a remote setup
