We are looking for an experienced and goaloriented Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition and partnerships efforts in the HR and recruitment space. You will play a key role in expanding our customer baseengaging with HR leaders TA heads and decisionmakers at companies to position our solutions effectively. This is a strategic sales role ideal for professionals with experience in selling HR SaaS recruitment services or staffing solutions and who thrive in a highgrowth remotefirst environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring HR and recruitment clients (corporates startups or agencies)
Identify and qualify highpotential leads through outreach networking and inbound channels
Build consultative relationships with HR stakeholders understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored solutions
Lead the sales cyclefrom prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure
Mentor and manage junior sales or partnerships associates to strengthen the sales funnel
Maintain accurate records in CRM track key performance metrics and report on sales progress
Work closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Stay updated on HR industry trends competitive landscape and talent market shifts to refine outreach
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business HR Marketing or a related field
Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships preferably in HRTech staffing or recruitment services
Strong network or prior experience selling to HR TA or leadership decisionmakers
Excellent communication consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
Handson experience with CRM tools like Zoho Salesforce or similar platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to structure proposals and close highvalue deals
Selfdriven and capable of working independently in a remote setup
