Job Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy and planning to grow diverse highquality talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs.
• Partner with sourcing recruiters to calibrate talent profiles identify strong candidates and share market insights with hiring teams to finetune recruiting approaches.
• Advise and coach hiring managers using your expertise in market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Own the candidate closing strategy in collaboration with hiring managerstailoring your approach based on each candidates background and priorities.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Use recruiting metrics to guide decisions improve processes and drive efficiency.

Job Requirements

• 6 years of fullcycle recruiting experience
• Proven success in hiring toptier technical talent
• Strong experience working with engineering leaders and seniorlevel candidates
• Deep commitment to inclusive hiring practices and fostering diverse teams
