About the Role
This is your chance to play a key role in how our restaurants come to life. As a Project Coordinator youll support the delivery of fitouts refurbishments and special projects across our national network. From day one youll be working closely with internal teams contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on brand on time and on budget.
Youll also help ensure each space delivers the unique feelgood Grilld experience think clever design welcoming ambience and seamless execution. No two days are the same in this fastpaced role and theres plenty of room to make your mark.
What Youll Be Doing
- Coordinating new restaurant builds and refurbishments from concept through to handover
- Supporting and leading minor works projects across the Grilld network
- Liaising with external contractors suppliers and regulatory bodies
- Ensuring project milestones are met with strong documentation and communication
- Helping manage budgets schedules and cost efficiencies
- Identifying ways to improve project delivery through smarter systems and processes
What Were Looking For
We want someone whos proactive curious and thrives in a collaborative energetic environment. You might be from construction hospitality development retail or a fastpaced agency wherever youre from if youve got initiative and a sharp eye for detail we want to hear from you.
