Job Description
AsUX Designer youll work as part of a dynamic agile scrum team collaborating with developers business analysts and federal government customers to research propose and develop design components for a publicfacing suite of federal government web applications.

What youll do:
- You will work as part of a highly collaborative highperforming agile scrum team working with analysts and developers to refine requirements propose design components and enhance the usability of features for a publicfacing suite of federal government web applications.
- You will participate in all agile ceremonies and serve as the Design SME across multiple crossfunctional teams.
What youll need to succeed:
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability
- 3 years experience as a UX Designer supporting a webbased application
- 3 years experience using design tools including AdobeXD Mural and Invision to create userflows prototypes wireframes and mockups
- 3 years experience developing UX artifacts supporting design research and architecture
- 3 years experience conducting user research testing designs with end users synthesizing system data presenting findings to different stakeholder groups and finding qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate designs
- Strong understanding of business requirements and how they impact design and a users digital experience
- Experience using Atlassian suite of tools in support of largescale development in a kanban or scrum environment
