Job Description
What to expect.
This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. The position requires a strong understanding of communitybased programs behavioral health and rehabilitation and recovery programs.
You will assist the Program Director in the oversight of delivery of services staff supervision administration and evaluation of the program.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring services to clients through effective interface with program components and external providers.
- Providing orientation and ongoing training supervision and evaluation of assigned staff.
- Coaching for staff development including psychiatric rehabilitation skills motivational techniques and cognitive behavior techniques.
- Assuming bottomline responsibility for staff coverage of an assigned area.
This position is primarily Monday Friday business hours but you must have flexibility to adjust based on program needs including evening or weekends. Requires oncall availability.

What we need from you.
- High school diploma or GED. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
- Two years of positively referenced experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A drivers license with 3points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
