We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our US Open team for the duration from May to the end of August. The Experiential Project Manager will be responsible for managing onsite branding and design projects that range from large photo ops to interior buildouts in the stadium. They will work closely with the Director of Creative Services and Director of Marketing to manage and oversee multiple build outs for the 2025 US Open Tennis Championships.

The Role

  • Act as marketing and design liaison for multiple branding projects at the US Open.
  • Manage project budgets schedules and timelines to ensure timely and costeffective project completion.
  • Edit design files as needed.
  • Help coordinate visits with vendors to obtain quotes and measurements.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports to clients keeping them informed of project milestones and any challenges encountered.
  • Read shop drawings make markups and communicate clear instructions to vendors and contractors.
  • Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work with the NTC facilities team to manage onsite installations leading up to the US Open.
Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a preference for background in event management or branding projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace (Slides Docs Sheets).
  • Experience in prepress operations.
  • Knowledge of materials and fabrication styles to make informed decisions during the project execution phase.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to clearly convey project updates and requirements to stakeholders.
  • Work independently and as a team player contributing positively to the overall success of the project.
  • Detailoriented reliable and enthusiastic about delivering highquality results.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excel in a fastpaced environment and maintain a positive attitude throughout the project.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings and weekends as required during peak project periods.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: This is a nonexempt position with an hourly rate of $40.00. (Approx. 3040 hours a week)
