To meet the needs of our clients our treatment facility is open 24/7.

Positions Scope
The Admissions Supervisor oversees the admission and transportation team. Responsible for leading the team of admissions coordinators housekeeping and transportation department ensuring access to treatment is efficient and appropriate.
Responsibilities:
Maintains admission compliance.
Maintains transportation compliance.
Obtains client information by requesting completed applications and medical information; verifying and clarifying information; interviewing clients and family members; explaining admission criteria.
Screens clients by comparing clients condition to admission criteria; evaluating and accepting or rejecting clients; referring clients and family to other programs and institutions as directed by supervisor.
Admits clients by completing admission and financial responsibility forms; coordinating and arranging physical social emotional and support service requirements including transportation as needed.
Resolves patient/family dissatisfactions by investigating concerns; recommending changes in service policies and procedures.
Prepares admissions reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
Keeps clients safe by following safety policies procedures and regulations.
Protects organization reputation by keeping information confidential.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Schedule admissions teams and oversees the team.
Oversees the transportation drivers and scheduling.
Additional duties as assigned.
Competencies:
Ability to manage and engage employees.
Ability to read and write legibly.
Document in Electronic Medical Records.
Knowledge of basic principles and methods of drug and alcohol treatment programs.
Knowledge of basic behavior management and program planning principles.
Ability to make judgements re: health and welfare of program clients and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
Strong organizational skills.
Job Type: FullTime/Salaried (exempt position).
Pay Range: Competitive salary; DOE.
Location and Weekly Schedule: Depending on the needs of the business the following weekly schedule is available
