Job Description
The Imaging Center at Wolf River is seeking a Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our patientfocused team!
DISCLAIMER: This position is in need of set parttime coverage until August/MidSeptember.
Position Status: set PartTime until August/MidSeptember. After that position will be true PRN (coverage for staffing gaps vacation coverage callouts etc.).
Location: outpatient imaging center located in Germantown TN.

The Business Office Team is responsible for collaborating and leading the Imaging Center team in providing excellent patient care and supporting the operational goals for both the Center and the organization. This includes all customer and patientfacing responsibilities including welcoming registering and overall patient coordination as well as phone correspondence scheduling appointments inventory and medical record management. The upper levels of this series also include the training supervision and management of Business Office team members. The overall scope for this series is designed to ensure the management and resources are available to maintain a quality high functioning and customer friendly Outpatient Imaging Center.
EDUCATION:
- To be competitive must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
