Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 47 years of experience in sales preferably in the logistics/courier industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
& Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across designated locations
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Conduct inperson meetings presentations and followups with potential clients
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Relationship Management:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and postsale support
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries and escalations
- Ensure high client satisfaction and longterm retention
Insights & Strategy:
- Stay updated with market trends competitor activity and client needs
- Share insights with internal teams to develop effective marketing campaigns
& Coordination:
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity logs
- Provide regular updates on pipeline forecasts and conversions
- Attend internal meetings training programs and industry events
