The R&D team at Cohesity is on a mission to help organizations manage and protect their data in smarter and more scalable ways. Our customerobsessed engineers design innovative solutions that tackle the hardest technical challenges. As an Engineering Manager for our R&D organization you will be a handson innovative leader focused on inspiring and managing a highperforming team to drive key strategic initiatives reporting to the Director of Engineering.

HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
Inspire lead and manage a team of worldclass developers designing and developing innovative products for our onprem and SaaS offerings.
Drive endtoend product development from gathering requirements with stakeholders to building testing and deploying products.
Accelerate highquality software development through technical thought leadership and innovation.
Mentor lead and grow future leaders within the team.
Set clear goals foster collaborative achievements and ensure the success of Cohesitys most strategic initiatives.
Example: You will use leadership and technical mentoring skills to grow a team of highperforming engineers in order to drive delivery of nextgeneration data management solutions within the next 12 months.
WED LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
10 years of handson software engineering experience in planning architecting and delivering highquality products.
5 years of experience building managing or leading highperforming development teams.
Proven track record in building highly scalable distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
Handson expertise in coding and design best practices.
Domain expertise in distributed systems storage platform engineering data management products and data pipelines/ETL.
