About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate Home Care Workers to deliver personalised flexible and highquality support to people living in the community.
These roles offer the flexibility of parttime hours with shifts available Monday to Friday perfect for maintaining worklife balance. (Multiple Positions Available).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personcentred care and support aligned with individual care plans
- Assist with personal care domestic tasks transportation respite and social support
- Maintain privacy dignity and professionalism in all interactions
- Use first aid in emergency situations (within scope)
- Maintain accurate care records and report incidents/hazards
What Youll Need
- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia to apply
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or currently working towards it)
- A genuine passion for helping others with compassion and empathy
- Understanding of Consumer Directed and PersonCentred Care principles
- A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian Drivers Licence and access to a registered comprehensively insured vehicle
- Strong communication skills teamwork and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable using mobile technology for work tasks
Desirable: Experience working in aged care
