We are looking for a Procurement Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in procurement.


The Procurement Apprentice will support the Procurement team in delivering effective supplier management cost efficiencies and improved procurement processes.


This role is an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in procurement while completing a relevant apprenticeship programme to build the skills necessary for a successful career in procurement.


As the Procurement Apprentice you will:

  • Assist with supplier onboarding ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Support the Procurement Manager in sourcing activities including gathering supplier quotes and comparing options.

  • Maintain and update procurement records and supplier databases with accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to track purchase orders and ensure timely processing.

  • Help monitor supplier performance through data analysis and feedback collection.

  • Assist with Kaplans sustainability objectives and reporting.

  • Participate in team meetings to contribute to discussions on process improvement.

  • Engage in formal training sessions as part of your apprenticeship applying learnings to your daily tasks.
