About the role:
We are seeking a BDM Manager to join our Healthcare sector on a fixedterm basis. This is your chance to collaborate with top professionals shape a key sector strategy and contribute to impactful client relationships in a supportive and inclusive environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape sector activities and influence key stakeholders while working within a cohesive and peoplefocused global team.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development and execution of sectorfocused business development strategies that align with Linklaters global objectives.
  • Horizonscan to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the healthcare space.
  • Leverage data to drive insights informing gotomarket campaigns crossselling opportunities and tailored client strategies.
  • Collaborate on highquality pitch submissions marketleading proposals and win strategies for priority clients.
  • Build relationships with partners and teams to drive connectivity increase crosssector collaboration and ensure the consistent growth of clientcentric revenues.
  • Use your knowledge of healthcare to add value through strategic input relationship support and datadriven recommendations.

We are ideally looking for:

  • Significant experience in business development and marketing within the healthcare sector.
  • A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results.
  • Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to craft compelling insightled recommendations.
  • Exceptional organisational communication and document creation skills (e.g. pitches and proposals).
  • A collaborative clientfirst approach and a commitment to building strong internal and external relationships.

This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
