- Spearheading the creation of impactful fullstack solutions that directly empower our frontline technicians in the field delight our customers and streamline operations for our franchise partners. Youll be the driving force behind building applications that make their work simpler and their experiences exceptional.
- Influencing the very foundation of our technology platform by contributing to critical architectural decisions and shaping our technical strategy. Your insights will ensure we build a scalable userfocused system that aligns perfectly with our business goals and user needs.
- Crafting elegant and efficient code to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences that set a new standard in our industry.
- Collaborating closely with visionary leaders in Engineering and Product to translate user needs and business objectives into highquality software that truly resonates with our customers franchise partners and frontline heroes.
- Championing continuous improvement within our Agile team identifying opportunities to refine our development processes and tools to create smoother workflows and ultimately deliver even greater value to our internal and external users.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary is $100000 to $125000 per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education experience and internal parity).

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
We have created a hybrid work model that helps us get together to Collaborate Celebrate and Connect while enjoying the flexibility of working where it makes sense for you. For this roles duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will come into the office three to four times per week.
