Job Description
Position Title: Regional Quality Control (QC) Manager
Location: Irving TX
Industry: Food Distribution
Employment Type: FullTime

Pay: $75K

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Regional Quality Control Manager to oversee food safety quality assurance and compliance operations across multiple distribution centers in the region. This leadership role will be based in Irving TX and is vital in maintaining product integrity customer satisfaction and adherence to industry and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Control team across regional distribution centers.
- Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements (FDA USDA HACCP GMP etc.).
- Conduct regular audits inspections and assessments of food safety programs and SOPs.
- Oversee training and development of QC personnel on food safety and quality protocols.
- Partner with Operations Safety and Procurement teams to resolve qualityrelated issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain and analyze QC data identifying trends and corrective actions.
- Lead investigations into nonconformances product complaints and recalls.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local state and federal regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Food Science Microbiology Quality Assurance or related field (Masters preferred not required).
- 5 years of experience in quality control within the food distribution or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (HACCP SQF GMP FSMA).
- Proven leadership experience in a regional or multisite role.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and project management skills.
