Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Citizen Swiss Machine Operator to work full or part time on our 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
Plans machining by studying work orders blueprints materials specifications locations of surfaces and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Setsup lathes by installing and adjusting various types of tools.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
15 years of experience
Knowledge of machining techniques and methods and familiarity with computer numerically controlled machine tool operating procedures
Work from programming instructions operational data and machine setup instructions
