As a Warranty Technician youll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers by diagnosing repairing and maintaining their swimming pools and equipment. If you have a keen eye for detail strong problemsolving skills and a background in swimming pool service or construction we want to hear from you! The Gig: Warranty Technician As our Warranty Tech youre the magician behind the scenes making sure every Pool dazzles and every customer is ecstatic! Youll be working alongside our local Jacksonville team to evaluate warranty claims resolve issues on site and perform repair work.
Your Playbook:
- Inspect & Report: oversee claims make site visits and canvas reports.
- Team Player: Be the glue that holds our teams togethercommunicate effectively with the Scheduling Team and customers
- Eyes on the Prize: Oversee every phase of pool installation document it with snazzy digital photos and ensure all inspections check off.
- Customer Whisperer: Keep our customers in the loop answering their questions and smoothing out scheduling bumps.
- Sync Up: Regularly powwow with the Construction Manager to ensure projects are on track and tackle any issues.
- Prevent Hiccups: Assist Design Consultants and the Sales team in presite evaluations to nip problems in the bud.
- Safety First: Be the safety champ on job sites ensuring everyone plays by the rules.
- Paper Trail Pro: Maintain meticulous construction files permits and paperwork.
- Jack of All Trades: Be ready for other projects and tasks as they come your way.
