Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or closely related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two (2) years experience working with computer hardware Macintosh and Windows operating systems applications and peripherals. Apple Certified Support Professional certification. Knowledge of operating system security. Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve problems remotely based on customer information including hardware and software issues. Ability to provide inperson classroom technology support. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others and function well within a help desk team environment. Must possess a valid drivers license acceptable to the Universitys insurance carrier.
