As a Business Trainee you are provided from day one with handson training and ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders in the business. The program looks to develop & educate you through classroomstyle training to build and fortify your management marketing sales and customer service abilities. You will go over new and existing services that will be tailored to specific demographics & have a chance to have handson experience to relay that information facetoface to a growing consumer base. This is the time of the year to start taking control of what you want moving forward!
Responsibilities of the Business Trainee:
- Engage with existing & new consumers to promote the wide array of products and services we offer
- Attend sales account meetings with new and existing customers to build strong clientconsumer relationships and increase customer retention
- Conduct market and territory research to increase brand awareness and optimize company outreach
- Deliver services that reflect the companys values nurturing positive business relationships
- Track market & sales trends & record customer interactions collaborating with management to streamline a smoother overall experience
- Assist in hiring training and mentoring new team members ensuring a diverse & wellbalanced team
Qualifications of the Business Trainee:
- Experience interacting with consumers directly is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to succeed in sales and customer service
- A desire to grow your career as well as within the company
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems in a fastpaced environment
- An associate degree or some college experience is preferred but not required
