The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce Office of Human Resources is seeking a legal intern to assist with various projects.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Assists by conducting legal research on defined or potential issues;
Assists with intake and tracking of ADA accommodations;
Reviews ADA requests and make recommendations on outcomes;
Assists with intake and tracking of grievances;
Reviews grievances and make recommendations on outcomes;
Attends grievance hearings;
Assists in preparing documents for hearings;
Uploads documents into electronic personnel files;
Provides administrative support on various projects as needed;
