AHF Products has a job opportunity for an Rip Technician to be located in Beverly WV. Reporting to the Rough End Supervisor the Rip Technician will play a crucial role by owning the operation and maintenance of the systems.

JOB DUTIES:
Ability to operate and maintain or be willing to learn to operate both rip systems
Be able to audit and adjust setting for Rip Saws per specification
Enter all data into database daily
Reports production or workforce problems to supervisor.
Responsible for routine maintenance and repairs
Always follow all safety guidelines to eliminate accidental injury.
Maintain property plant and equipment to support and improve the safe production and performance of operations.
Complete weekly PMs as generated
Must be LockOut/TagOut Certified
Be a role model for safety. Promote a zeroinjury safety culture and find ways to continuously improve safety culture in the workplace.
Stop any observed work activities or conditions that are dangerous illegal or against company policy.
Identify safety issues in the workplace and assume responsibility to take immediate action to correct or immediately escalate to appropriate level for resolution.
Participating in Continuous Improvement also provide suggestions to improve processes and participate in team projects.
Identifying areas for improvement
All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
General knowledge of the rip system
General maintenance ability
Ability to perform PMs correctly and in a timely manner
Effective communication including speaking writing active listening and taking instruction
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures with a commitment to creating a safe work environment
Ability to effectively work in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow established policies and procedures
Proficient computer skills
Ability and willingness to work core hours to support the needs of our Business
