Job Description
Ready to drive strategy at a missiondriven highgrowth healthcare organization Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a dynamic FP&A Director to lead budgeting forecasting and performance analytics that fuel our expansion and impact. In this role youll combine sharp financial acumen with strategic insight to shape smarter decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly MRRs. Provide insights into financial performance through variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Create and manage financial reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decisionmaking.
- Develop actionable insights from financial data to support business strategy identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize financial performance.
- Build and maintain a variety of complex financial models to assist in forecasting scenario analysis and business decisionmaking (e.g. incentive systems compensation models de novo profitability).
- Work closely with services team to provide insights and context
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes systems and reporting ensuring that they support a fastmoving scaling organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (MBA CPA or CFA highly preferred).
- 10 years of experience in finance with a strong focus on FP&A financial strategy and team leadership.
- Proven track record of managing and developing highperforming finance teams.
- Expertise in financial modeling budgeting forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and financial systems (e.g. ERP platforms like NetSuite or SAP).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with highgrowth or scaling companies preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a highgrowth or scaling environment.
Basic & Physical Requirements:
- Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions
- Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer electronic devices and paper means.
- Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk and attending virtual meetings
Job Type: Exempt FullTime
