Our factory produces a wide range of custom wood parts and accessories using advanced techniques like the 32millimeter system. As part of our team youll play a key role in preparing and checking each project for accuracy and quality before it heads to our clients homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tools to assemble products like drawers and doors.
- Inspect supplier components and ensure quality control.
- Prepare finished parts for installation.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace.
- Occasionally assist with deliveries to job sites.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Basic experience with hand and power tools.
- Woodworking experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid drivers license and the ability to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform tasks like standing kneeling and reaching.
- US citizen or valid work visa. Must reside in the Greater Boston Area.
