You will be responsible for inspecting diagnosing and repairing preowned vehicles to ensure they meet our high safety and performance standards before being offered for sale.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on used vehicles
- Complete repairs and maintenance (brakes tires oil changes etc.)
- Replace wornout or damaged parts with approved replacements
- Use diagnostic tools to assess engine transmission electrical and other system issues
- Identify root causes of performance problems
- Communicate findings to service advisors and document all work
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Specific Requirements:
- 35 years experience preferred
- Great mechanical electrical skills and computing skills.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid drivers license.
- Automotive technician experience preferred.
- Ford Certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass preemployment testing to include background checks Motor Vehicle Report drug test.
