Dent Wizard needs an independent and highly motivated individual with the ability to build strong relationships.This is a Remote position and Must have Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional communication and build positive relationships with multiple offsite managers.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by reviewingjob description and job qualifications as well asmeeting with managers to discusstheir needsorganizationalplans and objectives.
- Source and attractapplicants by placing job advertisementscontactingindustry groups connecting with industryschools andaccessingdatabases andjob sites.
- Conductphoneinterviews using various reliable selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managersphoneinterviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Inform candidates fully about the job and companyand the role for which they are interviewing.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
- Arrangeshiring managerinterviews by coordinating schedulesand all other parts of the personalized candidate process.
- Brief and debrief candidates before and afteronsiteinterviewsand job demos.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience high volume recruiting
- Experience in a ready labor staffing or high turnover environment a preferred.
- Experience understanding job requirements and identifying those requirements in candidate resumes and oneonone interactions.
- Experience building consulting relationships with business partnersand coworkers.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a variety of personalities and work stylesand achieve a high level of activity.
- Automotive recondition or collision repair experience a plus.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$60000.00 $70000.00We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off medical dental vision and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
