Job Description
The Core Analytics organization is responsible for three main missions at Datadog;
- Providing data access to our petabytes of observability data
- Provide insight to support our thought leadership reports
- Deliver ML and AI product for internal use cases
We are looking for an experienced manager to support that organization in its missions. As part of this role you will work closely with talented EMs to distill the high level vision into clear team missions and roadmaps. You will also partner with business stakeholders platforms teams and product teams to deliver against quarterly OKRs.

What Youll Do:
- Lead a midsize pluridisciplinary organization (2025 people) managing managers and ICs.
- You will define the roadmap for your scope and work with ICs and managers to establish the technical directions.
- Collaborate with data platform teams to influence their roadmap with your requirements
- Create a strong organizational culture centered around our engineering standards and customers focussed.
- Participate to datadogs internal processes
Who You Are:
- A data engineer or data scientist at heart with a previous experience managing managers and mid to large organizations
- A technical leader with a strong bias for delivery and impact
- A strong leader with good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships
- An experienced engineer with strong technical skills to influence the technical direction of your teams.
- A coach and team player who can build high performing teams and ICs
