MRI Technologist Evenings Woodbury MN

Schedule/Shifts: Temporary FullTime assignment MF 2:00pm 10:30pm.
Location: Schedule available in Woodbury MN.
Pay rate:Up to $75 depending on experience!
*This is a temporary assignment expected to last around 13 weeks with the opportunity to extend or become permanent!

What we ask of you:
- Screen patients before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to the examination.
- Prepares patients for MRI procedures explaining the procedure and positioning patients body parts appropriately.
- Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body used by physicians to diagnose and treat a patients illness/injury with minimal supervision while providing patient support throughout the procedure. Adjust MRI scan parameters and dose reduction techniques as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and working relationships with radiology team follow physician instructions precisely and accurately maintain patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Maintain a clean work area promoting good safety habits for patients and coworkers and maintain equipment in good working order clean and disinfect after each use.
- Maintain ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements and ensure compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist with maintaining an updated MRI protocol manual and software upgrades and monitor medical supply inventory and request supplies as necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
What we require of you:
- ARRT certification current and in good standing.
- Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Experience and comfort utilizing MRI equipment/techniques experience with Siemens or Skyra scanners preferred.
- MRI certification is preferred.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
