Are you highly organized detailoriented and passionate about creating smooth efficient experiences for employees and visitors alike Were looking for a proactive Travel & Facilities Analyst to join our dynamic team and take the lead in coordinating travel arrangements managing our Concur travel system and supporting our facilities operations across the EMEA region.

This is a versatile role ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys balancing structured processes with peoplecentric support.

Responsibilities:

Travel Coordination

  • Plan and book travel in line with approved budgets policies and timelines.
  • Secure the most costeffective and convenient travel options through close collaboration with travel agencies airlines and hotels.
  • Verify travel invoices and ensure compliance with internal regulations raising alerts on nonconformities.
  • Review and refine internal travel policies and suggest improvements.
  • Analyze travel costs deliver reports and implement costsaving measures.

Concur System Management

  • Administer the Concur Travel and Expense Management System across EMEA.
  • Provide user support and conduct trainings to help employees navigate the platform effectively.
  • Maintain and update Concur configuration escalate system issues and ensure uptodate policy materials are available.
  • Generate and analyze travelrelated reports and statistics to support business decisions.

Facilities Support

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors offer a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls direct inquiries and handle correspondence efficiently.
  • Support teams with scheduling meeting setups workspace coordination and supply monitoring.
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding logistics access management and mobile phone services.
  • Coordinate building maintenance and liaise with vendors for timely service resolution.
  • Organize document handling postal services and shipment logistics.


  • Proven experience in travel planning facilities management or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Concur or other travel and expense systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customeroriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail with a knack for optimizing processes.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments and geographies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
