Job Title: HR Specialist Advertising Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from job posting sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Talent Outreach: Identify and attract top talent by leveraging job boards LinkedIn referrals and other recruitment strategies.
- Workforce Planning: Understand department needs and proactively build a talent pipeline for key positions in the advertising industry.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding performance management engagement activities training and exit formalities.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies documentation and employee records are maintained as per company standards.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to create employer branding campaigns to attract top advertising talent.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop strategies to improve workplace culture satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the Advertising industry (agency digital marketing media etc.).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies HR operations and employee engagement practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- TechSavvy: Proficiency in HR tools applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
