Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or 3
Salary: 29000
Hours: 45 hours per week
We are looking for a nurturing and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting the development and wellbeing of young children and will have a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years.
The nursery is known for its strong team culture and childcentred approach. It features spacious rooms and a beautiful outdoor area designed to encourage learning through play exploration and creativity.
What Were Looking For:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for nurturing young children and supporting their learning

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet the physical emotional social and intellectual needs of children
- Provide a safe secure and nurturing environment where children can thrive
- Build strong positive relationships with children families and colleagues
- Observe assess and document each childs learning and development
- Collaborate with parents to support their childs progress and wellbeing
