Employment Type:
Shifts: 37.5 Hours Per Week 9 am 5 pm Monday to Friday

About the Job:
The successful Deputy Manager will be confident work well independently possess excellent communication skills make informed decisions and have the ability to develop staff to their full potential. Responsibilities include assisting the Registered Manager in maintaining the smooth running of the home promoting a harmonious culture and ensuring high standards of care. Additionally the Deputy Manager will provide protection and support to the children and young people by facilitating their physical psychological emotional and social development.
