Sales & Admission & Program Manager DBA Program (Part Time 5070% FTE)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Tasks
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to recruit highpotential candidates for the DBA program with a focus on both domestic and international markets.
Proactively manage and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel from inquiry to enrollment using CRM tools and personalized outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and corporate clients to drive program growth and brand visibility.
Represent the DBA program at online webinars to promote the program and engage with potential applicants.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to continuously adapt and optimize sales strategies.
Track and analyze sales performance data report on key metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
Admission Tasks
Manage the endtoend admissions process for the DBA program in close coordination with our partner university Sheffield Hallam.
Review and process incoming applications ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Organize and coordinate applicant interviews including scheduling with faculty and prospective students.
Provide timely communication with applicants guiding them through each stage of the admissions journey.
Program Management Tasks
Ensure the efficient and professional daytoday administration of the DBA program.
Serve as the main point of contact for students lecturers and partner institution representatives regarding organizational and administrative matters.
Support the continuous development and improvement of the DBA program structure processes and materials.
Assist the program leadership in maintaining academic and administrative quality standards.
Coordinate teaching evaluations including planning distribution data collection and reporting.
Support faculty and guest lecturers in course logistics and preparation.
Lead the planning and monitoring of the programs operational budget in collaboration with the finance department.
Your Profile:
Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. business communications marketing or a related discipline).
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment sales talent acquisition customer relationship management or a related field.
Experience in higher education administration ideally in an international or executive education context is preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse and demanding group of stakeholders
Fluent in English (written and spoken) as well as at least B1level German skills.
A proactive handson approach with a high level of personal responsibility.
Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
