We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer with motion design experience who can build modern engaging experiences for Cashfree. To be successful in this role you should have indepth knowledge of graphic design brand building and animation techniques. Your portfolio should clearly show your experience in executing both desktop and mobile visual designs and motion graphics from conception to production.
Responsibilities
Designing for various avenues of Cashfree such as social media website applications etc.
Generating ideas to portray concepts for our products/services and creating visual design of the ideas
Selecting appropriate audio graphic and animation styles for the project from stock websites or deliver delightful and original visual designs including illustrations and infographics that emotionally connect with the user but also follow current trends
Being a great communicator receiving and interpreting feedback and doing peer reviews to ensure high quality
Asserting how good storytelling can make our brand a beloved one hence influencing stakeholders with the value of good design
Managing multiple projects by prioritising with help from your manager
Ability to comprehend and uphold the Cashfree brand style guidelines producing work of a suitable aesthetic and slowly giving inputs on how these guidelines can evolve with the trends
Respond to user feedback data/analytics and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations
Minimum Requirements
3 years of experience as a Visual/Creative Designer with an outstanding portfolio showcasing your work in visual design microanimations sketching and idea generation. You should showcase projects built on both desktop and mobile screen sizes.
Strong understanding of colours typography visual hierarchy and balance and cultural references.
Good experience confidence and speed in creating delightful engagement and rich prototypes. Good understanding of information architecture.
Expertise and confidence with tools like Figma and Adobe Suite product like Photoshop Illustrator AfterEffects and Premier Pro. Eye for finding newage tools that help you express your ideas and design better.
Good to have: Photo editing handmade illustrations and icon design skills Cinema 4D Final Cut Pro 3D softwares like Blender or Spline interest in AIgenerated images and video.
